So as I stated in my last post, we headed to the beach! However, it was not Destin but Fort Walton. Oops. Anyway, we had an agenda. Rather, I had to an agenda. I was to be Maid of Honor in my bestest (our word!) friend wedding. Miss Patchez. I have a lot of pictures and many funny stories to share!

The beginning of getting ready was of course, my pedicure. With the polish that Patchez insisted I get. Cayon Shrimp. A little bright for me (i'm a pink girl as we all know) but not terrible. And of course I had to wear my new shoes!
Okay, before you see this picture, you have to understand that we drove 5 hours home and then another 8 1/2 to Fort Walton. For a total of 13 1/2 HOURS. So Caleb was not feeling it too well.

He was a little bored, however once we got there he was fine.
The first place we ate at was Fudpuckers. Which I hate to say it, is mainly for there T-shirts. I will quote Kit in saying it was a $40 Captain D's meal. Meaning it was not that good. However, thanks to Patchez we got a cute picture together!

And we got a pic of the Future Longs.

I don't know if anyone can tell, but Kit doesn't like pictures!
The next day, aka Wedding Day, my mom was kind enough to take some pictures of us. I don't want to post them all, so i will post the one were we both are looking at the camera, Caleb's crocs aren't showing, my lazy eye is open and neither one of us has major fat rolls, double chins or anything embarassing to show. So this is the one it is!

I want to put it in black and white but haven't felt like playing with my photoshop yet.
Okay so after all that fun, we had a reason for being there. The wedding of course. So I picked this photo of us girls all ready for the festivities.

And look at Little Miss Thang! If she isn't going to be a heart breaker then I don't know who is!
And my mom asked Caleb if he could give Kit a word of advice. And of course his advice was . . .

Don't! We all know he was kidding and they both thought it was funny.
And the happy couple. Mr. and Mrs. Long.

A big thanx to Kit's sis, Jamie. Since I forgot to get a picture, I took this one from her MySpace!
And last but not least I would like to give a shout out to the Solid Gold Dancers!

After the wedding we went to the Lucky Snapper to have the reception. And there was a live band there. And needless to say these girls got there boogy on. This has got to be one of the highlights of the weekend. They were so cute!!
