2 Updates in 1 Month!

So maybe I am serious about continuing this...... hmmmm.... scary, right??  The update would have been sooner, but MAN have we been busy!  Last week we got to go home and visit some family.  But the most exciting part was this.

CRAWFISH!!!  OMG!  I could seriously eat my weight in crawfish.  And they were oh so yummy!!  Jealous??? Well you should be, because they were delish!  Is it sad that I get this excited over food???

We have also been working in our yard and landscaping.  I get so excited about accessorizing our front yard.  Picking out annuals has seriously become something I look forward to all year.  If I could just stay that motivated to water them..... Always a goal.  As soon as everything starts to bloom I will try to post some pics.  Everything is so pretty when it is in full bloom.

Well my internet today is really slow, but I wanted to leave you with a new recipe that I found on pinterest.  I made this last night and it was seriously lick your plate good.  And i say made very loosely, because all I had to do was throw it into my crockpot.  Which makes this even more amazing!

I call it Creamy Crockpot Chicken.  I'm pretty sure everyone has there own version of this recipe, but if you don't try this one!  Serious (how many times have I used this word today?) awesomeness in a bowl. Also, sorry I don't have a picture of the meal.  It didn't photograph too well.  In fact, it looked kinda gross.

2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (I used 3.  It was all I had.  I also cut it into big chunks.  Mainly just because)
1 package Italian dressing mix
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened ( I used non-fat.  I'm trying to keep my girlish figure)
1 can cream of chicken soup (again I used low sodium, lower fat.)

Mix together cream cheese, soup and seasoning.  Add chicken.  Pour into crockpot.
Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10. (I did a combo of high 5 hours and low 2 hours because Caleb was coming home later than I originally thought).
Serve over rice or pasta or if you so choose, straight from the crockpot (any idea what I did???)

This makes like an alfredo like sauce but a little different.  They chicken was moist and melt in your mouth good.  This one is going on a rotation in our home!!

Until next time. Peace, Love and Prophy!
